Evolving Hearts is a small practice run by one person. This policy describes, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use this website or attend a circle.

What we collect

If you email us, we hold your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you book a place in a circle or a coaching session, we hold your name, contact details and any information you share that is relevant to holding you safely in that space.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to run circles and coaching sessions, and to let you know about upcoming gatherings if you have asked to hear about them.

Confidentiality in circle

What is shared in circle stays in circle. Anything you disclose in a gathering or a coaching session is treated as confidential and is not shared with others, except where we are required by law to do so, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to someone's safety.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information is shared only with the services needed to run the practice — for example an email provider or a payment processor — and only as far as those services need it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lisa-marie@evolvinghearts.nz and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
