Within this circle we welcome guests with a cacao ceremony where we honour the bride to be; who she is, where she comes from, who she’s surrounded by and the new role she’s stepping into. This is followed by personalised activities such as creating flower crowns or a piece of artwork, depending on the bride and her tribe.

This is why we work closely with either the mother of the bride or her maid of honour to tailor the celebration so all aspects are perfect!

This circle is inspired by the Native American tribes of Dine Navajo, traditionally called a Blessingway to honour a woman’s journey into motherhood. Our Mother’s blessing circle is a deeply personalised and sacred gathering designed to celebrate with your inner circle.

What sets a Mother’s Blessing apart from a typical women’s circle is the focus on the mother-to-be. The celebration begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony where we honour the expectant mother’s journey; who she is, where she comes from, who she’s surrounded by and the new role she’s stepping into.

This is followed by personalised activities such as adorning her with mandala puku painting, co-creating artworks, or hand and foot massages with a focus on connection and relief. These activities will depend on the mother and her tribe but there is an aim to reinforce her support network moving forward.

This is why we work closely with either the mother of the expectant mother or her best friend to ensure every detail is perfect!
