Kuaotunu - October Full Moon Soul Restoration

I'm not sure about you but I'm feeling the need to restore balance in my mind, body and soul.

Before the hustle and bustle of the year’s end, take a moment to reconnect and realign with your inner self. Our ‘Soul Restoration’ circle offers a sacred space to recalibrate and centre ourselves, guided by the powerful energy centre’s known as the chakras.

Event Overview: In this transformative gathering, we’ll gently journey through the seven chakras, starting at the root to establish a solid foundation, and moving upwards to awaken and align each energy centre within. Through a blend of modalities including movement, sound, tapping, visualisations, and more, we’ll explore what it means to find balance and harmony within ourselves.

What to Expect:

Opening Ceremony & Cacao: Grounding meditation and intention setting.
Chakra Exploration: Guided activities and practices for each chakra.
Sharing Circle: Reflecting on insights and experiences.
Closing Ceremony: Integration and gratitude.
